  • Some special items, such as liquid goods, can only be shipped using the Eco-shipping method, and may also incur days for shipping.

Please note that changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Ensure to review the order confirmation email sent to you immediately after placing your order to verify all details.

  • Provide the precise house/apartment number or PO box identifiable by Google Maps.
  • If residing in a complex, specify the department’s name or number accurately.
